Food ****** by Driver

I ordered food from the Parow KFC and paid for it. The driver then later arrived and tried to call me while I was standing at the door. I called him back twice, but he put the phone down. I never got my food and no response from Uber eats. It seems a fast missed call from a Uber eats driver of which I have my phone logs is enough to validate driving away with your food. It took me a minute to get to my phone, but too late to save my food.

The service worsened over time and a better solution is needed as being ignored after I spend R282 is not funny.
