Food ******

I ordered food .money was deducted and i tipped the driver.food was never delivered. But app shows food is delivered..drove to kfc and was confirmed that driver collected.contacted Uber and was told I'll get a voucher.after searching the app I saw money was refunded...I now have to wait between 3 to 5 days for refund..my discount on food that I got expired and I lose that as well...no food no money on that day and had stay hungry the rest of the day....driver got tip and my food and I am left with my refund in a couple of days time... I am done with Uber.. deleting my account and will never ever use them again......pathetic service
