Food ruined upon delivery

Ordered McDonald's through Uber eats and then the driver arrived the Milkshake was completely empty and spilled all over the food. The driver apologised and said he would return to McDonald's and change the order. He never returned and now I can't get hold of him. Horrible service considering that Uber eats already adds commission on the food order and afterwards I have to pay the delivery and tip the driver as well. I spent R450 in total and have nothing to show for it
