Food ordered, paid for and never reached customer

Food was ordered today via Urber Eats with order number 70A65 from Chicken Licken Witkoppen (Fourways). The amount of the food R159.00 never reached destination. This is absolutely worrying and disgusting that the Urber Eats Driver never delivered the order paid for.

Kindly refund that order 70A65. Bad customer service
