Food order not received

I ordered a scheduled meal for around 18:00 to 18:30 I waited checking on the driver, went back in got one missed call when I went out the driver wasn't there I used a R50 voucher I won from dstv and now trying to reorder but my voucher is no longer available yet didn't get my order called chicken licken they said drivers don't return meals once taken have to take it with Uber Eats
