Food not delivered

I ordered food and the driver never arrived, I then called the store and they told me that the order was taken at 7:17 and my order was completed at the same time. I contacted Uber and they gave me a automated response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK UBER.!!!!!! What a ****ty service I got.
