FOOD NOT DELIVERED!

I am really disappointed, UberEATS didn't not deliver my food last night yet they took my money, the driver's there just shoot pictures of food outside your premises and say they food was delivered! And when you communicate with Uber eats they tell you straight that they won't refund you, at least let them drop off your food or at least take back the food to the restaurant for you to go fetch yourself!!!! Because I can't pay R200 and something for food I did not eat!!! That's really unprofessional! Worse they take pictures of your food on the floor outside the premises and claim that they were there, I don't even know how that is hygienic honestly!!! As they claim that they follow their policies! Is food put on the floor outside on their policies!!?? Also they send us pins to confirm if the food was delivered yet the drivers can get away with the food without the food being delivered!!! Ubereats is unprofessional honestly!
