Food not delivered

I ordered on Uber eats for the first time and I’m disappointed with their terrible service. The delivery guy claims to have delivered by food that I never received. I texted him multiple times when the app stated he was closer on what my address is and how to reach me. I called him and his phone was off, the security by my gate said they never saw any motor bike come to the complex during the time I was supposed to get my order. When I reported an issue Uber eats claimed that their driver waited and tried calling me while I never got anything from my side. They refuse to refund me my money for food I need received .
