Food not delivered

I have ordered food at Mc Donald's using the Uber Eats app and the driver kept saying he is outside,I tried phoing him but the phone goes to voicemail and I havr received the receipt money was taken from my account but I did not receive the food. I phoned the support line and apparently they cannot verify my cellphone number so they cannot transfer my call to an agent. The name of the driver is Selemani Nurdin,this is totally unprofessional to take someone's money and not deliver.
