Food not delivered, but still no refund

All I can say is after getting my refund m deleting uber eats...214 down the drain. I ordered food when I saw a missed call I immediately went to the gate cos I had network problems. When I get to the gate there is no car or skuta the only car was a white Toyota so I asked the guy if he is from ubers eats he threw a hand on me and moved. The sad part is I couldn't even see the registration on the app as I was having network problems I went back to get my phone immediately when get my phone my order is marked as delivered that time I was by the gate and there was no uber eats guy. I immediately reported that I didn't receive my order they sent me email asking if the order was received or not I told them no I didn't receive my order till now there is no response from uber eats my money gone my food never got delivered. If you still you uber eats I would advise you pay when you get the delivery coz then the driver will make sure you get your order.
