FOOD NOT DELIVERED BUT CHARGED FOR THE FOOD

Saturday evening, we ordered from UberEats restaurant Romans Pizza (BlackHealth) The driver called but when I went outside. He had gone and they charged me for the Food. When I complained on the UberEats app, they advised its justified as the driver had called ? How can it be? When the driver never delivered the food to me? I never received my Order? How can we pay for food not delivered?

Its totally unacceptable and I want my refund from UberEats? They are robbing us and I need to report this? Is they an recourse for this?
