Food not delivered

I`ve just ordered food 3hrs (11:20 on the 31st of January) ago from KFC, Stellenbosch and they gave my order to an Uber Driver which I had no idea. My correct address was given, and I was under the impression if the driver was lost or couldn`t find my address, they would call or WhatsApp. Neither was done. They`ve just advised me now the order was delivered, and I would need to get my refund back through a VERY long, and tedious process! I have the driver's name; I have the order number; I have my pin number...I just now need my food. Honestly, Uber Eats driver are the absolutely worst!!! KFC on the side has refused to give me a new order even though the driver is affiliated with them!!! I don`t want a refund I would honestly like my food back!!!!
