Food not delivered

They never order my food. Over R300 spent on food that never arrived at my house. When I tried to contact the Uber driver after seeing it's been marked as delivered, his phone went to voicemail. I then tried to lodge a complaint but the app is not user friendly at all. I eventually reported it, however it has been 24 hours and they have not contacted me yet. Complete ****. I would not recommend anyone to use this app again!!! I'm so frustrated and I will not stop until they refund my money.
