Food not delivered

Hi I am disgusted by uberEats service, i had ordered the Unbelievable deal from pizza hut pavillion for R198.65, i paid for my order and the food was never delivered, they **** and said they called me, they never did. i ended up calling the driver he answered and did not say anything, i called him back numerous occassions and did not pick up. i am requesting for my refund, my kids are hungry and we did not get our food, uber eats are ****** they eats peoples money when they never delivered the food.
