Food not delivered

I ordered a meal from Nandos Greenstone as a birthday gift for my Bestie in Greenstone mall. Filled in all required details,store name,name of person that's supposed to receive this meal. The Driver 1st told me to tell the person to meet him at Mugg and bean as "the mall is very big",I said no this is a gift and this person is a store manager she can't just leave. Use Google maps or ask security where Sterns is. He later called me to tell me about the size of the again,I said to him that he must please just find Sterns,find Mathapelo and give her the food. About 3mins later my app says "Mathapelo just received her gift". I call to ask her how the food was,and she has No idea what I'm talking about,meaning the food was never delivered to her Yesterday was just a hassle with Uber eats I'm Unhappy
