Food not delivered

I ordered food from Burger King, waited at my front door for the driver as he was only 1 minute away, while waiting, I get a notification that the order has been completed But no driver in my street and no food delivered. I tried calling but app wouldn't allow his number is voicemail. Try calling the helpline but they didn't have an agent available. PATHETIC that they have people like this working for them. I just want my money refunded in full and I will never use the app again.
