Food not delivered

I have ordered food for myself and my friends on saturday the 28th of May , the food costed R669.00 the delivery guy didnt deliver our food he came at the wrong gate , missed his call once just once then he went off with our food imagine close to R700.00 food? what is all this bull**** let me tell you, I tried to call him back but his phone was not working to show that he planned for all this , I wrote to this uber**** people they telling me I wont get my money like how on earth is that even possible , I lost my money and the food at the same time? this people are busy milking people and their drivers who came here to ***** from us the clients its disgusting.
