Food not delivered

I ordered pizza two days ago, two hours later after I order the driver text me and says "I am stuck on the road" then he never delivered my pizza. I tried calling customer service and their phone said "unfortunately we can't take you to uber eats" I tried on the app using "help" option it quotes with red that they can't take me to the site I want. Till now my pizza has not arrived, I can't get hold of them and my money is gone NO REFUND!!!
