Food not delivered

I ordered food at Nando's Parktown at 1700 today (21 July 2021). Money was deducted from my account but the order never arrived. I phoned the store but they provided me with the driver's number that didn't go through. 3 hours later at 2000 the order was marked delivered. I checked with the security guards at my flat but nothing. UberEats what kind of nonsense is this? I want my money back.
