Food not delievered 9 Nov 2016 10am

<p>Ordered breakfast for my team at 10am deliver due 10.44am nothing arrived. As this was the case at 10.44am no call was recieved. I dont even know who the driver was. I was charged R258. no food arrived. I then rated the uber. No response for the whole day. got a response at 5am 10 Nov 2016. It was shocking to say the least after complaining manier times i was asked whether the food had been delivered and if deliver was the problem. This is not the first i use uber eats nor. This kind of cutsomer service is unheard of. I will continue writinf review on all social media platforms till i am reimbused my money or delievered my food at my convienece! I will lay complaints daily if i have to !</p>
