FOOD NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered KFC online via Uber Eats, I never received my food but they deducted my money off my account. I phoned the number who called me back immediately when i saw the call. BUt it kept saying my number is not registered.

My money is now not refundable. I will never order food via Uber Eats ever again. I phoned the store where the food was collected they gave me the number to call. I spoke to someone in California who kept saying i am really sorry for the inconvenience but we will assist you. However i needed to log a call via their website and is still waiting to hear if i get my money back or a food voucher.

It is not a very good way to treat your clients.
