Food never delivered and Consultant did not even care!! Money still not refunded

I have ordered food at 18:05 and the estimated arrival was 18:50 and after they kept postponing the time and at around 19:30 they changed the driver and allocated the new driver. Now time for delivery moved to 19:55 and then we waited. At around 20:10 I get an update on my app that the food has been delivered. I then went outside to check and there was no driver at the gate, and I called the shop, and they told me the food was collected by the same driver that was allocated but food was not delivered to me, and I have paid through the app already. I then called UberEATS and now they tell me they will refund me, but money will only be available in 5 days. Can you believe then nerve. I am sitting with hungry kids in the house and my money is gone and its around 20:30. I was very very disappointed with this Uber eats drivers, they are not reliable at all but when I check the profile of the driver it says he has done about 8800 deliveries, how is so? or am I the one with bad luck? To make things worse the consultant did not even sympathize with me, it was like it's a normal thing. Uber eats is so unreliable. never ever in my life and this is the second time this is happening. What if it was my last cent? They are treating us BAD.
