Food never delivered

On the 25th of April 2023 I ordered 2 pizza’s which were never delivered to me, I didn’t receive a call from Uber driving. My account has been debited but no food I have sent 3 emails to ubereats but till today I have not seen any reply Ticket for the order #FEA3B
