Food never delivered

I ordered food last night and my order was never delivered but the driver claims to have delivered my food and took a picture in the dark as proof of delivery.

I logged a complaint with Uber eats and they are telling me that am not legible for a refund because their driver followed all. Policies. I just wonder what policy is that because our sercurity never informed me of the delivery at the gate, I further called the sercurity asking if someone left the food by them and they said no.

So this Buhle girl deliberately took our food and claims to have delivered it. Don't you need the last four numbers of your contract details when delivering food and the name of the person to confirm who ordered the food none of that happened
