Food never came - Ubereats has become a ****

I ordered food from KFC Huegh Rd in Port Elizabeth and when the driver was 2 mins away we waited outside the driver never contacted me and they never arrived. The app is saying i cant get a refund neither did they try to contact to explain what happened we waited outside in the cold for more than 45mins and nothing came.
