Food never arrives!!!!

I am so tired of UberEATS & it's drivers *****ing my food & money. I want this current driver to be removed from the platform & to get my money back. As this is the second time this happens. I'm just disgusted at the service. Luhalo-JY54BXGP. I took screenshots and everything. I Want My Money Back!!!!
