I placed an order at 10h16, it is now 12h24 and the driver has not moved, he has not contacted me, nor is he available telephonically. You wasted NO TIME taking my money, but I have no option on the app to do anything about it. I demand a refund immediately, including tip. I have had to order elsewhere.
