food never arrived

I Ordered food from ubbereats Wimpy Centurion on the 03 of December 2025. i have never received the food , when i complain to ubber eats they tell me that i received as a pin was entered when receiving the food . I have spent R304 of my hard earned money. I instructed the guy to leave food at Reception with the Receptionists. They have not received the food. we have surveillance cameras at work which can prove the delivery person never arrived,
