Food left on the kerb

Order number 7B386, driver Tabasamu. We ordered food from Steers, but did not get to enjoy it. The driver DID give my wife 1 missed call but she was on the loo. He did NOT ring the doorbell, put our food on the edge of the kerb, took a pic, and posted it as delivered on the app. By the time we got to the kerb, the food was, as can be expected, gone. How in heaven's name is this acceptable? Come on, UberEats, you need to keep your drivers accountable for ****py service. The delivery driver's name was Tabasamu.
