Food left on the ground like trash

I had a terrible experience with uber eats today. Apparently my order was left in the street by the delivery guy, which I did not find.After he says he tried contacting me, which is a blatant lie. The support is useless. They just sent me a message to say I can't be refunded as their 'investigation' concluded that he called me and I won't be refunded. 1st of all my delivery instructions says to call when at the gate and not leave at the gate. The photo shows food placed on the sand outside my gate like trash, which is shocking to me. I did not receive a call and fail to understand if they say they called, and then to leave food for me on the ground like a dog! THIS IS APPALLING SERVICE!
