Food left on sidewalk

Uber driver called me, I didnt answe he left my food on the sidewalk and left. I think there should be a better way to handle situations like this.

No refund nothing. I will never support UberEats again ... I never knew this is how they conduct business.

If you cant deliver my food. Keep it and deliver it again I am more than willing to pay twice for the delivery than to not get my food that was left outside in the street

Uninstalling the app and spreading this horrible service as wide and south as possible
