Food left in the middle of the road by delivery driver

I hate to complain but I honestly can’t believe my experience with Uber eats. I ordered food and I stay in a security complex with a security gate that you need to come through. The driver told me to come to the gate and I told him I’m alone with my baby I can’t come. He never came and messaged me again to come to the gate, I said again I have a baby ( it’s also very windy and my baby is only 3 months). He then never answered and I see in the app he’s driving away, then you won’t believe what he did. He sent me a picture of my food which he left in the middle of the road! Not even in my street and we can’t even find it, but how rude leaving it in the middle of the street.
