Food is always cold

I only order from UberEats every now and then because I think their service is horrible, yet whenever I decide to give them another chance they disappoint. Once again I received a cold order. This happened on numerous occasions. I have made complaints only to receive feedback that they have systems in place to address it. What system? If the issue repeats itself then your systems aren't working. Other delivery services are able to deliver warm food but not you.
