food got ****** by the driver , i want my refund !!!!!!!!!

what fvcking pathetic service !! I placed an order for food and after waiting for an hour the food never arrived but shows delivered , you took the money from my account and then your driver ends up *****ing my food , when trying to get hold of the contact center (which is another mission on its own btw) they consultant tell me to log it with the help desk on the app which i have already done but they will only get back to me in 24-48 hours ***! i want my money back !!
