Food fell onto driveway driver did not cancel on his side

I placed an order for McDonalds the driver arrived and as he lifted the bag everything fell onto the driveway....he promised to cancel the order and said I must place a new order. I could not as UberEats think I have not paid for that order as the driver never reported the incident. I have been teying to get hild of anyone at UberEats with no luck. Its been over a month now amd I can't use my UberEats becuase of this issue. My be someone will try and contact me now. Jennifer ***
