Food did not get delivered

On the 31 August 2022 I placed an order on the Uber eats app from McDonald's. I paid using my debit card but did not receive the order. I made numerous attempts and sent emails to the Uber eats customer care but received no feedback. The service received was pathetic as its totally unacceptable that they could not either get my meal sent to me or refund my money.
