Food delivery never arrived.......(but credit card was charged...)

Food never arrived. Was advised that food was on its way. But it never arrived. Later I got a cancellation notification. My credit card was charged and now I need to try get a refund.......... I'm now wasting time calling the call center to determine how I can get a refund ...... No lunch......and now wasting valuable time to get the refund.....
