Food damage

I ordered on Uber eats on Thursday 10/11/2024 around 4 pm at Kauai loftus , l ordered smooth and wrap when the Uber driver arrives with my smooth was all over my wrap basically my order was damage.I told the Uber driver I am not gonna take the order because is damage he said cool it’s ok, when i contact the Uber support via email they refuse to refund my money, they said the Uber driver he waited for me for 20 minutes in my gate I didn’t pitch which is a lie , I meet him and sent him back with the order. I even call the restaurant same day to assist me I was told by the staff that I must contact Uber support via email.I hope I will get assisted by hello Peter.
