Food ****** by Uber eats

We ordered 4 x Triple burgers from Hungry lion almost R400 but i got a discount so total came to R322 all in all. I've followed the driver on the App, and when it shows 2 minutes way...myself and my colleagues went down to meet the driver. As we came out the app shows...food has been delivered. My colleagues waited at the gate and i went back to the office for internet access. I submit the complain..and the feedback received was the driver followed procedures to contact me, and he delivered with a picture taken as well and it cant be refunded. However what they don't know... we have cameras and footage shown he sat in front of the gate chatting to another uber driver. Then he took the food out, take the picture while in his hands....and put it back in his box and drove away. So food was not delivered....and i called Hungry lion, and it hasn't been returned as well. What must i do next.....because this is unacceptable
