Food ****** by drivers

Yesterday on the 17th of October I placed two orders KFC and Tommy's sushi the delivery was scheduled for 15:15 but both arrived at 15:00 I wasn't home I asked the drivers to please leave the orders in a location in my premises they ask for the pin I gave it but 10 minutes later when I arrived home the food wasn't left they stole the food these are the order numbers B92DB and 09037 the drivers names are Duff and heritien ishukwe from Durban area the money went off my account I have not been able to get hold of Uber eats via phone or email I have tried to report it on the app and I have had no joy
