Food ****** by driver - Money ****** by Ubereats.

I tried to call the driver twice. He answered the phone The first time stating that he will call back in 1 minute which he did no do. When I called him the second time , it rang to voicemail. So the driver ultimately stole my food and UBER deducted funds from my account while I did not receive my order.

How is it my fault that the driver manipulated the system through so called waiting times ?

If the driver was sincere he could have left the food with the security at the gate.

I am demanding a refund and if not given I will log a ***** case against uber.
