food ****** and no refund

ordered food on the 04/07/2024. Reason being we work its difficult to get out and get food yourself. Received a message from driver for me to come out and meet him(imagine safety) seen the message about 5 minutes later driver is gone so is food. Don't know where the food was delivered but he took a pic and said food delivered. Uber eats claims that driver called me but who knows what number they dialed certainly wasn't mine. They hire *********** and unreliable people that ***** and never delivers the food. Now Ubereats refuses to refund me my money. So I have no food and no money. Thank you for *****ing
