Fix your systems. Horrible support experience

The driver was in an accident and couldn't complete my delivery. I cancelled the order and was still charged. Thats fine I assumed as I could contact the support agent on uber eats and fix the issue. I tried to use the support chat channel and couldn't resolve my problem at all, there was no option to call in and eventually, the bot sent me a message where none of the options worked at all. Uber used to have exceptional support and now its broken buggy and ineffective. useless.
