Feel so annoyed

Feel scarmed, I've ordered food from KFC Redruth Alberton, using Uber eats, to Mthunzini Guest house Alberton North, using my card , to my surprised the order from the store says delivered while I didn't receive my order , please help at first was a cancellation fee which I paid 3 times with Uber and they never return my money back , is it how Uber works now Scarmming clients with no remorse . Fell so annoyed
