Feedback on Inedible meal from Streatery (Lifestyle) through Uber Eats

I recently ordered the "Korean Fried chicken burger" from Streatery at Lifestyle, and unfortunately, the meal was extremely salty to the point of being inedible. I was genuinely looking forward to the meal, but I was unable to eat it due to the overwhelming saltiness.

Having spent R200 on this order, it’s quite disappointing not only to receive food that couldn’t be consumed, but also to learn that I do not qualify for a refund. I believe quality control in food preparation is essential, and in this case, it seems to have been overlooked.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps will be taken to ensure better consistency and customer satisfaction in the future.
