Faulty headsets and good from uber eats

I bought these headsets through uber eats from game and rhey were expensive costing about R500 and they are faulty and the package arrived already opened and the left side of the headsets wasn't working properly and when i report and try the refund they are denying it which is wrong cause they are the ones at fault for not checking whetherr the headsets are working
