False promotions and no customer service

I was sent an email to select a promotion from uber eats upon ordering I kept getting error messages as to why my order could not be placed first it was because I was too far than I needed to add a different payment method which added twice what a waste of time than the error message said the restaurant does not take cash eventually I got a message on the app stating that the promotion does not apply and I would have to pay full price what false promotions are these that you keep sending me now that I finally want to order from Uber eats and im faced with this issue after promising my family their favorite take out now I had to fork out so much more extra money because of these false promises now I know why I never want to used these delivery apps because you are just going to ***** me I will never waste my time and efforts with uber ever again...this is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic and don't get me started on there call center after many attempts to call for help there was no answer i sent an email and their email address is not monitored im so disappointed at this pathetic service
