False "delivered"

This time the food didn't arrive, driver was unreachable & I didn't get a refund despite calling numerous times & reporting. Don't bother ordering on the app, rather flush you money down the toilet cos they're a ****! 😡1st time they took money from my account then driver asked for cash claiming that payment didn't go through so I paid twice hoping it will be reversed or refunded once error was sorted...it never happened 🤷🏾♀️. Drivers & Support team work together to ******* customers, pity that they killing businesses they're working for & stand losing employment because of their ************ behaviour!!!
