FALSE ADVERTISING

I bought a half chicken on the Uber eats app which was on a promotion (buy one get one free) only for me to receive one order. When I queried this I was told this was erroneously listed on the buy one get one free by Uber eats. Galitos didn't see the need to inform me about this error till I took it upon myself to query, should I have not queried I wonder if they were going to even notify me of this error. I had a telecom with Adam or whoever his name is, he didn't even see the need to apologize because he doesn't see anything bad about this whole situation. Never am I ever ordering from Galitos ever again or Uber Eats ever again. Such poor, pathetic and unprofessional service from both sides. What has Uber Eats done to rectify this silly mistake of theirs? NOTHING. Just in case y'all don't know, this is called false advertising!!!
