False advertising and Unprofessional

Unprofessional experience, first order promo was received for a 99% discount, which I ordered and used the promo code, once order is processed, the promo discount was taken out. Receipt said to pay the full amount which I did not. Very unprofessional and false advertising. Please do not fall for this.
